Google Ads agency in Saudi Arabia

We plan, build and run Google Ads for Saudi businesses — Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube. Real keyword and negative-keyword discipline, landing pages that answer the query, Arabic and English ad copy, and conversion tracking you can trust before anyone scales the budget.

What a Google Ads agency actually does

Google Ads is an auction, not a billboard. Every time someone in Jeddah, Riyadh or Dammam types a query, Google runs a live auction across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube and decides which advertiser it shows and what that click costs. A Google Ads agency in Saudi Arabia earns its fee by deciding which of those surfaces deserve your money, which queries are worth buying, and — the part most often skipped, in our experience — which ones are not.

The measurement problem in this market is specific, and it is the first thing we check. In the accounts we audit, much of the buying conversation moves to WhatsApp or a phone call before anyone fills in a web form, so an account that counts only form submissions hands Google a fraction of its real conversions. Smart bidding then optimises — confidently — towards the wrong thing, and no amount of bid tuning repairs it. Tracking comes first, budget comes after.

What our first audit usually turns up is not clever bidding. It is search terms nobody excluded, Performance Max quietly re-buying brand traffic you would have received anyway, ad groups pointed at a homepage instead of the product page, and conversions counted twice so the account looks profitable while the bank account disagrees. We fix the foundation first, then scale.

One clarification, because it decides whether this is the right page for you: we keep Google here. Meta, TikTok and Snapchat campaigns belong to performance marketing, and the organic side — earning the queries you would rather stop renting, and appearing in the map pack — belongs to SEO and local SEO. Many of our clients run Google Ads alongside at least one of those, and each has its own page below.

What we do

Campaign structure & search terms

Campaigns structured by intent, not by your product catalogue. We mine the search terms report every week, separate high-intent commercial queries from research queries, and match bidding to how close each keyword sits to a purchase — so the budget follows the queries that end in an order rather than the ones that end in a closed tab.

Negative keywords & wasted spend

The unglamorous work that pays for itself: shared negative lists for job seekers, students, free-and-download hunters, competitor names you do not want to appear beside, and the cities you do not actually deliver to. Broad match without a maintained negative list is, in our experience, how a Saudi account burns budget quietly.

Shopping & Performance Max

Merchant Center feeds cleaned up first — titles, GTINs, availability and SAR pricing — because a Shopping campaign is only ever as good as its feed. Performance Max then runs with guardrails: brand exclusions, asset groups split by margin, search themes, and a dedicated brand campaign so PMax stops charging you for traffic you already own.

YouTube & Demand Gen

For the products where demand has to be created before anyone searches. Short Arabic-first video cuts, audiences built from your own site and customer data rather than broad interest buckets, and frequency capped so the same Saudi viewer is not shown the same pre-roll all week. Judged on assisted conversions, not views.

Ad assets & landing-page match

Responsive search ads built as asset sets and tested headline by headline, with the Arabic written natively rather than translated. Every ad group then points at a page that repeats its promise above the fold, in the language of the ad, and loads fast on a phone — a strong ad pointed at a vague page pays for the click and gets nothing back.

Google-side conversions & budget pacing

Conversion actions defined inside Google Ads and kept honest: primary versus secondary, enhanced conversions so matching survives a phone-first journey, and call and WhatsApp click actions counted as the leads they are. Then daily budgets paced across the month, so the account does not spend its riyals in week one and go dark before payday. Cross-platform attribution is a separate job and lives on the performance marketing page.

How we work

  1. 01

Audit the account and the auction

We start in the auction rather than the spreadsheet: impression share and where it is being lost, auction insights, what a click actually costs in your vertical, and which of your search terms have been paying for themselves. Ninety days of history, read before anything is switched off. You get the findings in writing whether or not you go on to hire us.

  2. 02

    Rebuild structure and tracking

Campaigns re-cut by intent and by language, negative lists installed, budget moved to the queries that actually close. Conversion tracking is rebuilt and verified with test leads before spend goes up — an account measuring the wrong event cannot be optimised, only guessed at.

  3. 03

Launch ads and landing pages together

The Arabic and English ad sets go live with the pages they promise, not weeks apart. We keep the first two to four weeks deliberately tight — controlled budgets, closer match types, daily search-term mining — so smart bidding learns from clean data instead of noise.

  4. 04

    Graduate match types and bidding

Once the conversion data is clean the account earns its freedom in stages: exact and phrase widen where the search terms justify it, manual and target-CPC bidding hand over to value-based strategies, and budget moves between campaigns on evidence rather than instinct. Monthly reporting stays in plain language — spend, leads, cost per lead, and what changed and why.

Frequently asked questions

How much should I budget for Google Ads in Saudi Arabia?

Two numbers, kept separate: ad spend, which goes to Google, and a management fee, which comes to us. The ad spend has to be big enough for the account to collect enough clicks each week to learn from — a budget buying a handful of clicks a day never leaves the learning phase. Cost per click varies enormously between, say, a coffee brand and a legal or medical service, so we size the test budget from your real keyword costs in the audit rather than from a rate card.

Why is Performance Max spending on our own brand name?

Because by default it can, and brand searches are usually the cheapest conversions in an account — so PMax takes credit for orders you would have received anyway and the reported return looks excellent. We separate brand from non-brand: a dedicated brand search campaign to hold those queries at a low cost, brand terms excluded from PMax, and asset groups split so you can see what the campaign is actually finding for you rather than what it is re-buying.

How quickly does Google Ads start producing leads?

Clicks arrive on day one; useful leads usually take two to four weeks, because that is how long it takes to mine out the irrelevant search terms and give smart bidding enough clean conversions to work with. Expect cost per lead to look high in the first fortnight and to fall as the negative lists build up — an account judged on its first seven days is being judged too early.

Do I still need SEO if I am running Google Ads?

They solve different problems. Google Ads competes for the paid slots above the organic results from the day you fund it, including on queries where organic progress would take a year; SEO and local SEO work to lower the share of traffic you have to pay for, month after month. A useful test: look at your five most expensive keywords and ask whether you would rather rent them indefinitely or work towards owning them. Our SEO and local SEO pages cover how that side runs.

Do we own our own Google Ads account?

Yes. The account sits under your business with your billing, and we take manager access — not the other way round. The same goes for Merchant Center, GA4 and the conversion setup. If the engagement ends, everything stays with you: the account, its history, the negative keyword lists and the reports. We would rather be kept than locked in.
